Call

Wheres my minutes? I purchased like 500 minutes and then they disappeared. I had a total of 673 minutes and made 3 phone calls totaling 39 mins. Log on 4 days later and the system is asking me to buy minutes. Second the Call Kept fading in and out, now it keeps dropping. Reached out to customer services and havent received an answer back.
